Taking the whole family
Take your family on a packed week of activity in the Sierra de Aitana, a mountain region near Alicante. Parents and children can go mountain biking, Kyaking sea, canyoning and caving. No experience necessary.

Learn to skydive
You can bail out after only two days training. Jumping from one plane motion is the beating heart of experience in the mouth. 12000ft solo jump and freefall for 90 seconds in foothills of the Pyrenees, a mountain landscape glorous. The two days of skydiving – ground training, tandem jump then go solo. There are also three days of land-based activities, including mountain biking, rafting and Canyoning.
Diving
Divers can dive off the coast of L'Estartit on the Costa Brava. The Illes Meded is a chain of islands that are home to about 1,400 species of marine wildlife and plants. This has been a conservation area since 1985 and is one are perfect for beginners.
