It has a vacation rental worth it?
My dream is to have the 3 types of houses in mountains. I want to keep and rent as a retirement. Any benefit that has made this kind of thing. Any information would be appreciated. I have no idea where to even begin. Obviously, I remain. And I could pay Google to promote my website? Specifically too …. What type of facility could benefit from a product? based on conditions …..
Honestly, after permitted and taxes (hotel, income, property), and the insuance you have to take the risk of profit is very low. No way you can live only 3 unless you gave the properties and are in an area that is in high demand. Pencil everything before deciding to move in that direction.
