Tenerife Holiday Rental
Does anyone know of apartments / houses for rent in Tenerife? No holiday – a few months?
I want a studio / 1 bed apartment Apartment in Tenerife, to stay for a few months, all they have studied are the vacation rentals (£ 200 per week!) I need something like € 300 – € 400 per month, anyone know of one or a company that handles this? Thank you!
Try Belgaten – are based in Los Cristianos (if you google you will find their website). They are very useful and I use them when I lived in Tenerife. I found a beautiful apartment in the Tropical Park through them (one bed for 700 euros per month). Horizon Group also good – they have a lot of contacts if you can not find what you want through them. You will find apartments for 500 euros a month, but usually not very nice and was looking around 600-700 euros for a decent place. Hope this helps.
